Hello! My name is David Garza, and I am the founder of Gameday Sports League.

Gameday Sports League operates under Gameday Youth Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving youth through sports.

I have been a Physical Education teacher for over 20 years, including the past 10 years in Pearland ISD. Throughout my career, I have coached junior high football, track, and cross country, as well as youth flag football and soccer.

My passion for youth sports led me to create Gameday Sports League — a program where young athletes can compete, grow, and develop both on and off the field. Our goal is to provide a competitive environment while teaching core values such as respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

We emphasize the importance of being humble in victory and gracious in defeat, understanding that not everything will go their way — just as in life. Most importantly, we want every athlete to enjoy the experience and have fun.

Gameday Sports League is committed to serving our youth and making a positive impact in our community.
