ADMINISTRATION

Hello! My name is David Garza, founder of Gameday Sports League and President of Gameday Youth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

For more than 20 years, I have worked as a Physical Education teacher, including the last decade in Pearland ISD. During that time, I have had the privilege of coaching junior high football, track, cross country, youth flag football, and soccer.

My passion for youth sports inspired me to create Gameday Sports League—a place where young athletes can compete, develop their skills, and build confidence in a positive environment. While winning is exciting, we believe the most important lessons come from learning teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, perseverance, and character. We want our athletes to learn how to be humble in victory, gracious in defeat, and resilient when things don't go their way—lessons that will serve them well throughout life.

Above all, we want every child to have fun, make memories, and develop a lifelong love for sports.
